又是一张散伙BEST ALBUM orz，喜欢J-Indie的朋友应该对ELLEGARDEN比较熟悉吧。他们的音乐风格主要走的是流行朋克路线，而且大部分作品都是E文，主唱细美武士的E文发音更是地道，如果你没有看过本人，一定会认为他们又是一支美国或者加拿大本土的PUNK BAND吧，呵呵。

从1998年年底在千叶组团，到2001年debut，虽然他们一直是以Indie的身份出碟，但其唱片销量却早已跻身主流乐坛的一线。

可是，就在他们如日中天的时候，纯粹的音乐和渐渐的商业化之间却产生貌似不可调和的矛盾，尽管团员努力弥补，但也无法避免今天的“活動休止”。好在在官方网站的声明里，提到了以后“活動再開”的可能，只是时间未定，9月上旬的演出后，但愿4位成员能在暂时将ELLEGARDEN封印的这段时间里调整好，并期待在不久的将来可以听到他们的新作品，也同时希望他们真如Salamander一样，可以蜕去身上的禁锢，得以重生。
